ACCESSIBILITY

Ethos Institute will provide interpreters of the Brazilian Sign Language (Libras) in plenary sessions and roundtables, ensuring the right of communication to deaf people. Foreign participants who use English or Spanish sign languages, or who need subtitles in these languages should inform the organizers upon registration, so that an appropriate solution can be found.

Oralized deaf people, who need simultaneous translation to a text in Portuguese, should inform the organizers when registering for the conference.

Participants with special needs or reduced mobility will have priority at all times. Participants, who, for any reason, have difficulty in moving, permanently or temporarily, should advise the organizers upon registration, so that arrangements already made, such as reservation of preferential seats, can be conducted more efficiently. Blind people, or people with visual problems, who need the program in Braille, in large letters or in a digital media, should advise the organizers at the time of registration.
