During the event, simultaneous translation equipment will be available to all participants. The Conference official languages are Portuguese, English, and Spanish. There will be Brazilian language of signs (Libras) in the plenary and roundtable sessions.
The reception on June 20, meals on June 20, 21 and 22, 2006 and the Participant´s Guide are included in the conference fee.
Space is limited and no reservations are allowed. When the maximum number of registrations is reached, a waiting list will be available for applicants on the event’s website.
Registration cancellation requests must be notified
in writing by fax (55 11 4193-1018) or e-mail ([email protected])
by Apr 28, 2006. After this date, no registration can be cancelled.
The refund of eighty percent (80%) for cancelled registrations will be made
after the end of the Conference.
Ethos Institute member companies (with contributions duly paid) and non-member companies with annual revenues of up to R$ 5 million (equivalent to US$ 2 million), are entitled to a twenty percent (20%) discount off the regular fee for each category.
Companies that make three (3) or more registrations, provided these are requested, forwarded and paid for simultaneously, will have an additional ten percent (10%) percent discount off the total amount.
Non-governmental organizations are entitled to a ten percent (10%) discount off the regular fee.
Certificates will be available at the conference registration desk on the last day of activities.
