O Hotel Transamérica São Paulo is the 2006 International Conference – Business and Social Responsibility official hotel. The hotel has prepared a promotional package for the participants, including breakfast in the restaurant.
Daily rates
ASingle room: R$ 244.00 (approximately US$ 106.00)
Double room: R$ 271.00 (approximately US$ 118.00)
These rates include neither the five percent (5%) Service tax on daily rates,
nor the tourism tax of R$ 1.20 (approximately US$ 0.52) per room/day.

and check out time is 12:00 noon.

To be entitled to the hotel´s special rates, please contact the conference´s
official travel agency: Summit Viagens e Turismo Ltda at 55 11 6014-3077,
Mondays through Fridays, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm or by email [email protected].
The number of rooms at the special rates is limited ! Summit can provide other
services for conference participants, such as air tickets, shuttle to and
from the airport, etc.
Parking: Guests will be charged a special
rate of R$ 10.00 (approximately US$ 4.30) per day. Conference participants
that use the parking lot located at Rua Bento de Andrade, 947 (across from
Teatro Alfa) will be charged R$ 12.00 (approximately US$ 5.20).
Warning: Hotel parking for non-guests will be charged by morning/afternoon/evening
periods.
Other information
A typical taxi fare from Hotel Transamérica São Paulo to the
Guarulhos international airport of is approximately R$ 120.00 (approximately
US$ 52.00). To the Congonhas airport, the fare is approximately R$ 45.00 (approximately
US$ 19.50).
